The pure Chardonnay Pure Classic byHeinrich from the volcanic region is a remarkable wine that captivates with its characteristic features. With a fine acidity, a light nose of exotic fruits and a hint of banana, this Chardonnay reveals a rich variety of aromas.
The wine presents itself in the glass in a bright golden yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it reveals an appealing aroma of exotic fruits such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by a subtle note of banana and wood. These fruity nuances combine harmoniously with a pleasant acidity structure, giving the wine freshness and liveliness with a long persistent finish.
The winemaking and aging of our single varietal Chardonnay is characterized by careful processes to fully express the characteristic features of the grape variety and terroir.
The Chardonnay grapes are meticulously hand-picked to ensure a careful selection of the best vintage.
The grapes are then gently pressed to extract juice but not too much bitterness from the skins.
The resulting juice undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Both spontaneous and controlled yeasts are used to produce different flavor profiles.
After fermentation, our Chardonnay sits on the fine lees and in small wooden barrels for a period of time to promote texture and complexity in the wine.
By means of a malolactic fermentation, the acidity is naturally moderated.
The result is an elegant, round taste.
Enjoy the Chardonnay slightly chilled at a temperature of about 10-12 degrees Celsius.
This will ensure that the fruity aromas come out to their best advantage.
A classic white wine glass with a rounded shape is ideal for concentrating the aromas and allowing the flavor to fully develop.
The exotic notes and acidity of Chardonnay harmonize well with the rich flavor of smoked salmon.
Because of its exotic flavors and light acidity, it harmonizes particularly well with Asian cuisine.
Try it with dishes like roasted chicken with pineapple, shrimp curry or a summery papaya salad variation. The interplay of the wine's fruity flavors with the exotic spices of Asian cuisine creates a wonderful flavor combination.
This Chardonnay is also an excellent match for fish dishes such as grilled salmon, scampi or seafood salad. The wine's fresh acidity and delicate aromas perfectly complement the marine flavors, harmoniously enhancing the flavor components.
Pasta with a mild, creamy sauce such as a carbonara also provides a good base for the Chardonnay to develop its flavors and create a balanced combination.
