PinkSummer is a Frizzante Rosé made from three red grapes. The grapes are only partially aged on the skins. Therefore, the juice remains white when pressed directly and gives the rosé wine in this blend. This, of course, affects the taste. We are particularly proud of this. Minimal residual sweetness makes the PinkSummer the perfect companion to spicy dishes, fish or with slightly tart desserts for dessert.
